Entrance education is the first lesson for students to enter the college life, is the foundation stone for students' casting of the academic building, but also the star for students to set up the ideal of life. With the goal of broad caliber, thick foundation, heavy practice, strong ability, innovation, internationalization, on September 13 solstice 15, tourism and urban management college respectively to carry out entrance education for freshmen to help them take the first step of college life, strengthen professional understanding and recognition, lead the university professional study, cultivate the new era of comprehensive development of youth. Entrance education is carried out in all directions in four stages

The first stage: strengthen ideals and beliefs, firmly establish the mission of responsibility.

On September 13th, the college launched the first lesson of the freshman entrance education.

Zou Yongwen, the dean, introduced the college from six aspects, including historical evolution, teachers, discipline system, research services, international exchange and talent training. He hoped that the students would uphold the school motto, grow up and achieve their dreams in our department..

Wei Qinghua, secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital, educated and guided the students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, practice excellent skills and temper their moral cultivation from five aspects: establishing the correct political direction, self-discipline, self-learning, daring to compete, being brave to difficulties.

From the perspective of a teacher who has worked for more than 20 years, he shared his understanding of the school, the college, the major, and made hopes and suggestions about the study and school life. The senior student Fu Shiyue, a master of level 21,shared her study and life experiences ,the freshman representative Wen Qinya shared her selection process of the major and her outlook on the school life and study.

Phase 2: strengthen discipline awareness to ensure the smooth completion of their studies.

 Zeng Aiying, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, provided safety education on student management regulations, student safety matters, network telecom fraud. Zhang Yajuan, preached the important speech spirit, strengthening theoretical study and political guidance, Wu Haiping, introduced the teaching administration regulations, credit system management, graduation and degree awarding. Secretary Si Donglei, Youth League Committee of the Academy carry out a mental health education for the students.

During the ceremony, the dean Zou Yongwen awarded the flag to the freshman classes of various majors in 2021.

The third stage: Increase professional recognition, strengthen the practice and training guidance.

On September 14th, College invited five bureau of Jiangxi company project manager, Jiangxi three cultural real estate group vice President Cai Jianguo, space cloud technology general manager Rao Jifa, Jiangxi Zhengxin land real estate valuation consulting chairman Ye Fang, Guangzhou shipping satellite navigation technology general manager Yang Weihui, chairman of fox international technology (Beijing) ,vice President of Jiangxi university of finance, Alibaba group strategic development director wang jing, Jiangxi culture and tourism department of public services deputy director Dong Huanxia, director of Jiangxi scenic spot group co., LTD Chang Li Qiming, Peng Jiyuan, General Manager of Government, Enterprise, Cultural and Tourism Industry of Jiangxi Branch of China United Network Communication and other experts and scholars and outstanding people of various majors. A number of professional learning and education were held for freshmen in 2021 respectively, they all let the students constantly absorb the essence of knowledge in the rich and interesting professional fields, also these activities cultivated and strengthened students own spirit of study, make them strive to become an innovative scientific research and service-oriented talent in the new era.

The fourth stage: Close to the front of the industry, broaden students' professional vision.

At the beginning of the school, Freshmen are not familiar with the industry development situation and prospects. To show industry charm properties, the department organized freshmen major in tourism management to bayi uprising memorial hall, Wanshou Palace historical and cultural district, China joint network communication co., LTD. Jiangxi branch on September 15. Organized freshmen who major in land resources management to Jiangxi province real estate development group, management science and engineering freshmen to build five bureau poly ziyun project and other industries to visit study and discussion. Through field visits, studies, discussions and exchanges, freshmen had a close feel about the professional line, understood the industry development status situation and employment prospects, broadened the students' vision, and improved their professional sense of identity and belonging.

The Department try to complement theory and practice, carry out online and offline interaction, further depth integration, build the classroom linkage education training mechanism, deepen the students of professional belonging, firm mission, strive to cultivate adhering to the honest cultural spirit of JXUFE’s students, make students in relaxed and happy fun entrance education activities, feel the care from teachers and students, feel the warmth from the professional affinity, feel the ardent expectations from the country.
