On October 22, the jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and our school jointly organized the advanced training class for tourism Management talents in the Three Districts of Jiangxi Province in 2020, which was successfully launched in our school. Wang Jinmei, director of the personnel Department of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, attended the opening ceremony. College president Zou Yongwen and 30 tourism talents from cities and counties of the province attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Wei Qinghua, secretary of the College Party Committee.

  Wang Jinmei made a speech to mobilize the class, and put forward the hope and requirements for the trainees of this workshop: first, we should cherish the learning opportunity of this workshop; Second, we should study hard and achieve good results. Third, we should abide by rules and regulations and actively create a good learning atmosphere. In his speech, Director Wang fully affirmed the positive efforts and contributions made by our school in the construction of jiangxi province as a strong tourist province, and expressed his gratitude to our school for the thoughtful arrangements provided for this training.

  Zou yongwen, on behalf of the college, extended a warm welcome to the guests and students attending the opening ceremony. This paper introduces the basic situation of school running and discipline construction, and especially puts forward the achievements that our school has made in the training of tourism talents in our province by actively strengthening the cooperation with the Cultural and Tourism Department in recent years.

  Three areas cultural workers special training personnel support plan is made by the department, the ministry of culture and other five ministries in 2013 in order to speed up the outlying and poverty-stricken areas, frontier minority areas and cultural talent team construction of old revolutionary base areas, improve the quality of the talent team, promote the development of three areas culture, enhance the level of public cultural services on the implementation of an important engineering talents. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism implements a sub-project of the special plan, whose main content is talent training. Therefore, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism trains about 30 cultural and tourism talents for the cities and counties of the three districts every year.
