In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and enhance the atmosphere of academic exchanges, on the afternoon of September 22, in the 704 conference room of the Graphic and Text Information Building of Mailu Campus, the college successfully held the academic activities of Jiangcai Land Forum 2021 No. 2 (26th in Total) and The Centenary Lecture Series of Lectures on the Centenary of the Founding of the Cpc. Professor Chen Shengxiang, teacher of the Department of Land Resources Management and director of the Cross-Strait Real Estate Research Center, was invited to give an academic report entitled: One Hundred Years of Interaction and Institutional Change: A New Solution to the Logic of the Reform of the Rural Land System in the Past Century of the Communist Party of China. The academic activity was hosted by the cross-strait real estate research center, spatial planning and urban and rural development research team, Tu Xiaosong, head of the Department of Land Resources Management, presided over the activity, and more than 40 teachers and students of the college listened to the lecture and participated in the post-meeting discussion. Professor Chen Shengxiang first reviewed and commented on the existing relevant research and stated the origin of the research; then, based on the three major facts of resource scarcity, bounded rationality and social evolution, constructed a long-term institutional change analysis framework; then, based on the analytical framework, reviewed the stage of rural land system reform and the great achievements promoted by the CPC in the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, from which the four interactive processes of the party and the peasants and their institutional performance were summarized and refined; finally, from the perspective of mutual confirmation of theoretical analysis and historical facts, Research conclusions and policy implications are proposed.
At the end of the activity, Professor Chen Shengxiang also patiently answered the questions of teachers and students, and further interacted and exchanged views with the teachers and students present, and it was generally believed that the lecture was clear and reasonable, and the views were novel and inspiring, which benefited people a lot.
